So in conclusion, the fastest ships in the game will be the corvettes, with frigates chasing them down, and the big ships relying on open spaces to duke it out.

I think the sweet spot is the frigate, where it has the 1/1 movement. Ships after that seem to get slow and lumbering, unless you've got a high powered destroyer. But something like the swordfish is too slow.

Been doing some calculations, it seems that Cruisers at 1:6 movement and their general power output have a significant disadvantage overall ie. their max movement points drops significantly, and Heavy Cruisers somewhat the same, especially the Genari ships.

Maneuverability stats have been changed now, the bigger ships are slower, the smaller ships are faster. Makes the smaller ships more effective in pvp.

PMR has been adjusted again, currently looking for updated information on this!

Also heard that AI ships use the old PMR scale while player ships use the newer one, resulting in less movement across all classes.

These should be the actual numbers:
    Movement ratios Power / Movement
    Class III 2/3
    Class IV 3/2
    Class V 3/1
    Class VI 5/1
    Class VII 7/1
    Class VIII 11/1
    Class IX 15/1
    Class X 20/1

    Oof, ok.

So from a 25% reduction up to 50% on some ships.

The Leviathan is all the more garbage now.

T10s are meant to just kill shipyards and large stations. mobility is never suppose to be their strong suite. The choice of making a T10 or not should be based on who is in your faction. Can they support the T10's leveling and cover it in combat. Thou leviathan kinda got buffed recently from the range+ skill now giving guns 2 more range, allowing it to achieve max accuracy of 96% at 8 range.
