Can the ships you bring with fleet commander/support ship captain perk get officer XP when attack/defense is succesful? Also Genari officers are really behind Sol ones : Marine officer useless on ships without marines (Firebolt / tenders / some t3) Tactical officer have 1 skill pt by promote but can reach lvl 10 --> 2 times longer to xp him. He should get 2 skill points by promote and have the same promote levels that other officers
