S-1903 was being attacked by t3 sol ship. I warped in with t4 and cleared the t3 out of the system. While sitting in the system, with no enemies in the system and 2 Gen AI couriers in the system, it still kept ticking and eventually locked for sol.
The AI has become too aggressive, it needs to be toned down (I wrote a ticket for it). Somehow it might be affecting it, with the heavy response.
