Eventually the Novel will be available in hardcopy, and it will include sketches and a ship glossary.
But yes, it would be nice to have a digital version of that as well.

 

The Ma'Alaketh have a special long ranged weapon system called a particle plasma beam -- a very massive weapon that the ship is built around. It does not do extra damage (except on range bonuses) but has a very long range, about twice as long as genari and sol weapons. Call them 'snipers'.
